In 2005 the Ministry of Oil & Minerals of the Republic of Yemen issued a tender for exploration and production of hydrocarbons in seven open blocks.

 

“ZAAB Invest” LLC passed the pre-qualifying stage of the tender alongside with other large international oil companies, such as Occidental (USA), CNOOC (China), Total (France), Nexen (Canada) and others.
