According to the current Legislation, the rules for tendering are based upon:

1. The civil code of the Russian Federation;

2. The notice of tender;

3. Tender documentation.

 

1. Meet the requirements established by the  tender documentation;

2. Prepare the bid in order and on the terms stated in the tender documentation.

Application forms should be sent in order and on terms specified in the tender documentation.

 

The winning applicant, is offered the contract on the specified delivery (works, services) on terms established in the tender documentation and determined according to the Applicant’s tender bid.  

1. The price of the tender bid;  

2. Compliance with the technical qualification and product assurance;

3. Compliance of the bid with the terms given in the tender documentation;

4. Experience, reputation, reliability, financial standing of the Applicant;

5. Terms of delivery;

6. The availability of the complete set of documents confirming the legal capacity and the qualification of the Applicant.

1. The tender  bid;

2. Personal Details of the Applicant;

2. Notary certified copy of the Charter of the company, with all amendments and addendums;

3. A copy of the Article of Association, with all amendments and addendums;

4. A copy of the certificate of incorporation of the company as a legal entity;

5. A copy of the license for the right of conducting an appropriate kind of activity;

6. A copy of the latest audited financial statement with a mark of Tax Inspection.
