From 2001 till 2003 Mr. Zamir Abdullaev was chairman of the Board of Directors of Siberian – Texas JSC “GOLOIL Ltd”, an independent oil producing company located in Nizhnevartovsk region of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Region, Tyumen Region. Under Mr. Abdullaev’s direction new management methods were introduced, as well as the latest technologies in terms of infrastructure for oil production and treatment were developed. Oil production increased from some dozens of tons per day up to more than 1000 tons a day. In 2003 JSC “GOLOIL Ltd” was declared the most dynamic oil-production company of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Region with oil production volume up to 1 mln tons a year.
Mr. Abdullaev was honored by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation for his key role in the success of this project.

Zamir M. Abdullaev is responsible for the strategic management of "ZAAB Invest" including oil-and-gas and investment activity management.

Nikolay N. Muravchuk

General Director of LLC "ZAAB Management".

Nikolay Muravchuk graduated from the Academy of Economy, Finance and Law of AF of RF. Mr. Muravchuk has many years of management experience in oil & gas field. He is responsible for organization and general management of the oil-and-gas business unit of the company as well as the financial performance of the unit in all the regions where it operates.
In 2003 Nikolay Muravchuk was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation "For merits in development of the fuel and energy complex".

Nurdin Sh. Yandarbiev

Chief geologist of ZAAB Group, Professor, Doctor of geological-mineralogical Sciences.

Mr. N. Yandarbiev is a graduate of Geological faculty of Moscow State University. He has more than 25 years of working experience in the oil & gas field. Nurdin Yandarbiev is responsible for the realization of exploration work and field development including the determination of prospective areas in the territory of Russia and abroad. He is also responsible for the creation of geological computer models used for the scientific estimation of hydrocarbon reserves in deposits. Nurdin Sh. Yandarbiev has made an outstanding contribution to the investigation of geology and oil & gas content. Mr. N. Yandarbiev is an author of more than 100 scientific publications in Russia and abroad.

Alexey A. Papkov

Drilling projects manager, Ph.D. (Oil & Gas Drilling).

Mr. Alexey A. Papkov is a graduate of the ‘Azibekov’ Azerbaijanian Petrochemical institute in Baku.
With over twenty years of international experience in the oil & gas industry he has been responsible for the organization and management of numerous projects he has been involved in well construction and business development as well as the management of many oil development projects and project teams. Since 1995 he has held executive positions in a number of oil companies. Within the “ZAAB Invest” Mr A. Papkov is the head of the drilling works that includes engineer support of oil & gas projects as well as responsibility for capital investment drilling projects.

Sergey V. Kolomiets

Financial director & Chief Economist.

Sergey Kolomiets holds a higher education degree in Economics and Finance. Mr. S. Kolomiets has particular experience in the financial and economic appraisal of oil based businesses. Within the "ZAAB Invest" he is responsible for business planning and financial analysis using GAAP and IFRS as well the economic appraisal of oil-production business unit. He also has overall responsibility for the optimization of the company’s financial strategy.

Dmitry V. Syssoev

Public Relations Director.

Mr. Dmitry V. Syssoev is a graduate of The Moscow State Institute of International Relations and holds a degree in “International economic relations”, as well as an MBA (Economics) from, York University, Canada. Mr. Syssoev is responsible for shareholders relations. He is the key contact point with analysts of investment banks. He is also responsible for compliance, planning and implementation of PR strategy as well as Public affairs.

Boris L. Alexandrov

Mr. Boris L. Alexandrov is Chief geology manager and “ZAAB Invest” representative in Southern Federal district of the Russian Federation, He is a professor of geological-mineral Sciences.

He is the representative of “ZAAB Invest” interests in the administrative and business communities of the southern regions of Russia. His duties include the carrying out geological and economic analysis of oil-and-gas content in his area of responsibility, seismic works and geophysical well logging, core analysis and formation fluid withdrawal; processing and interpretation of the geophysical data; general management of drilling works in “ZAAB Invest” license areas in Southern Federal district as well as the license areas in Krasnodar territory.
